Chocolate 4th Generation Goldendoodle
This beautiful boy is ready for his furever home!
Guess what doodle lovers!?!
Although both mom and Tangerine are happy to be reunited he is ready for his furever home without a small older dog. He is best suited for a family with a large dog, cats or children over the age of 7.
Here is a letter from his first adopters that have had him for 2 months: We got Marley in hopes for him to be our family dog after our older dog passes away in the near future. We figured the transition would be better for our family getting him now. Unfortunately, we are so sad to say he is too rough with our little Pomeranian who has had an ACL injury in the past and isn't able to play with Marley. Marley wants a play buddy, and no fault of his, but plays too rough with our geriatric dog. Our hope is for Marley to go to a home full of love, and where he can play without the boundary of an old, grumpy dog☺
Marley has been a wonderful member of our family. He is sweet, gentle with people, and such a cuddler. He can sit, lay down, and shake on command. He loves treats! He was sleeping in our bed with us, as I learned quickly that this is NOT a crate friendly breed. Wherever his humans are, he wants to be. He loves to play catch, and retrieve the ball for us.
Marley has been on a few vacations with us to sunriver, and the beach. He also loves going to 1000 acres Dog Park. It's his favorite! He is so good that he will follow us the whole time, and never wonder off. He is still a little unsure of the water, but is becoming less fearful of it with more exposure. He comes when called, and always wants to please. He is high energy and requires daily walks to keep him calmer at home.
We wish Marley all the best, and wish we could have kept him. When we are ready for a new member to our family we will definitely contact Portland Goldendoodles as they have been a great resource, and helped us every step of the way in this process.
